That’s why, I think, taking on a challenge to a new attempt is inevitable in designing new products, and we should, therefore, never give up the challenge. Communicating with customers as a contact person and gaining their confidence needs not only knowledge but also experience. At first, you may sometimes be annoyed with unreasonable demands. But you can manage to work out the problems consulting with your seniors or helped by your customers, if you do not run away from problems and respond with sincerity. I feel pleasure in my work, through which I can expand communication with customers and grow myself.
