In recent years, globally, environmental problems have been focused on and for enterprises these have become an important issue. Our company, as a manufacturer of oil seals and rollers using synthetic rubbers and fluorocarbon resins as base materials, we use electricity and water as well as many chemical agents and solvents. Also as we produce industrial waste, we significantly affect the burden on the environment. As an environmentally friendly regional enterprise, in accordance with a management policy that emphasizes the environment, we have established an environment management system, put this in writing, and as an important management issue sought all employees’ participation and cooperation in the implementation of the following to continuously improve the environment.

1. We will investigate the environmental impact of our company’s activities, products and services, establish and implement an environment management system that reduces the environmental impacts and undertake ‘continuous improvement’.
2. While striving in the ‘prevention of environmental pollution’, we will progress the efficient utilization of materials and energy and the recycling of resources.
3. We will observe environment related ‘legal regulations’ as well as ‘other measures agreed upon by our company’ and undertake further environmental conservation.
4. We will set ‘environmental aims and targets’, endeavor for their early achievement through concrete measures such as waste reduction, energy-saving, resource saving, pollution prevention and environment beautification activities and conduct regular reviews.
5. We will undertake the development of environmentally friendly new products and technology development.
6. We will implement environmental education and internal publicity activities in order to make all employees understand our ‘Environmental policy’ and raise their environmental awareness.
7. We will make this ‘Environmental policy’ generally available to all.
